„Alia Ali: FLUX“ is the first major museum presentation of the work of Yemeni-Bosnian-American artist Alia Ali. Focusing on wax print fabric—a form with roots in Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Javanese, Dutch and African traditions—FLUX considers how politics, economics and cultures collide in textile patterns and techniques.
